Privacy Policy
This journaling platform is operated as part of a closed B2B resilience program by Dr. Miriam von Felbert. Access is granted only to the organization participating in the program. No public registration is offered.
1. Controller

2. Purpose of processing
The purpose of this application is to provide a structured 4-week reflection and resilience journaling space for a defined group. Entries are used:
- to support individual resilience building,
 - to enable anonymized, aggregated team insights,
 - to prepare follow-up sessions (Session 2 and 3),
 - to improve the B2B Resilience Package.
 
3. Categories of data processed
We process the following data:
- Participant code (e.g. TEST-01)
 - Optional: name, email, team (provided by the organization)
 - Journal entries (free text)
 - Energy score (1–10)
 - Selected focus area
 - Timestamps (created_at)
 
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract / program participation) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a psychological resilience framework within the organization).
5. Recipients / transfer of data
Data is stored in an EU-based or EU-compatible cloud database (PlanetScale via Vercel deployment). Access is restricted to Dr. Miriam von Felbert and, where applicable, to the commissioning organization in aggregated or anonymized form. Data is not sold, shared or used for marketing.
6. Retention
Journal entries are kept for the duration of the resilience program and for follow-up reporting. If the commissioning organization requests deletion or if legal retention periods have expired, data will be deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, restriction, erasure and data portability within the meaning of Art. 15–20 GDPR. Since this is a closed B2B setting, please contact your program lead or directly:

8. No tracking
This application is intentionally kept minimal. We do not use invasive third-party trackers for this journaling flow. Server logs may be created for security and troubleshooting.
