How to use the Resilience Journaling
This journaling space is part of the B2B Resilience Package, exclusively offered and facilitated by Dr. Miriam von Felbert. It is not a public product. Access is limited to the team(s) that have been onboarded in the live sessions.
1. Purpose
The journal helps you to notice your energy, name what challenged you, and anchor what actually worked today. Small, honest, daily reflections are more powerful than one long monthly report.
2. Your personal code
During Session 1 you received a personal code (for example TEST-01, TEST-02). This code identifies you in the system without displaying your full name on the journaling page.
Please enter exactly this code every time you journal. This is how we can later see your development over the 4 weeks.
3. Weekly focus
The journal follows the 4-week structure from the workshop:
- Week 1 – Awareness: notice coping & energy
 - Week 2 – Reframing: shift thoughts, not people
 - Week 3 – Perspective: write from 3rd person
 - Week 4 – Integration: repeat what works

When you open the journal, the current week is shown automatically. For testing (or in live sessions) you can add ?week=2 to the URL to display another week.
Example: https://resiliencejournaling.com/journal?week=2
4. How to journal (3 minutes)
- Enter your personal code.
 - Set your energy for today (1–10) — be honest, not heroic.
 - Select the focus area (Focus, Boundaries, Connection, Meaning).
 - Write 3–6 sentences about what supported or challenged you today.
 - Click “Save entry”.

That’s it. No login, no distraction, no social feed.
5. Confidentiality
The data is stored in our journaling database (PlanetScale, EU region) and is accessed only for the purpose of the resilience program. For reporting back to the organization we use aggregated views (for example: average energy per week, which focus area was used most, which week had the most entries).
Individual, sensitive entries will not be forwarded as-is.
6. For People Leaders / Program Leads
If you want to view the aggregated reflections for your team or roll this out to a second cohort, please contact hello@resiliencejournaling.com — this setup is part of the paid B2B package and can’t be shared publicly.
